Testimonials

Not all Montessori schools are created equal but this particular school is a cut above all others. It maintains an environment that is suitable for a child´s learning. The teachers are amazing and the students love them. Our son looks forward to going to school every day and the students are really close with each other despite the differences in age and/or grade level. They learn together, have fun together, look after each other and share responsibilities which make our son feel right at home. The learning concept is second to none as it suits the individual need and learning style of every child. It brings out the best in each student and reinforces the areas where they need improvement. This particular school not only teaches a child but it also builds character. In our opinion the idea of mixing together different grade levels is a brilliant one as the young one gets to look up to their seniors and the older kids supports and gets to set an example to the younger ones. We also like the idea of not having tons of homework and sophisticated projects that minimizes the opportunity for us parents to take our son to places like museums, parks, fishing trips, hiking etc. Every student is well-mannered, well-behaved, responsible, and not to mention really, really smart. As a parent we are happy because we can see that our son is happy. We truly feel that we have found a treasure and we are very thankful that they welcomed my son to be a part of this great learning institution.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience in the Toddler Room. The classroom is cheerful, the Montessori work is engaging, and Ms. Dolores is a warm and caring teacher. Our daughter talks about her school friends all the time. It means so much to us that she truly loves her school. Thank you!

Our son's time at the Children's Place has been wonderful from the moment he stepped foot into the classroom. The school offers a warm, nurturing environment, while still preparing our son for the structure of kindergarten; the Montessori way. I have seen him grow and change in many ways as well as learning to listen and follow directions. Each day after school our son is enthusiastically telling us about his adventures at school and the "work" he has accomplished. It's a good feeling to know that my son is really enjoying his time at school. It only shows that he is building a great foundation for his future education.

All of the teachers at the Children's Place are the school's greatest strengths. They bring out the best in our son, help to build his self-esteem, and thoroughly prepare him for the many years ahead. They are the reason that The Children's Place outshines other preschools. Our son has developed a great bond with them.

We are grateful to ALL of the teachers at the Children's Place for the wonderful job they have done and continue to do. They definitely have marked a "SPECIAL" place in our son's heart. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!

The Pilapil family

We have been with the Children's Place since my daughters were 18 months and 3 years old, and they are now in 1st grade and 5th grade at the Children's Place elementary school. It is difficult to express my deep gratitude and affection for the school without sounding mushy, but I will try! My girls absolutely love their school, and I largely attribute their self-sufficience, eagerness to learn, self-confidence, respectfulness, patience, and creativity to Ms. Jenquin, Ms. Precious, Ms. Kitteria, and all of the teachers at the school who have greatly influenced their lives. I am also tremendously thankful for the fellow parents at the school, who help to create a spirit of creativity and positivity for all of our children.

I often hear of my friend's elementary-aged children having challenges in public and other private schools, especially with mathematics, and I am so thankful that my children have grown up with the Montessori method of hands-on materials that encourage a true understanding of how math works. They just "get it"! And my 5th grade daughter, especially, loves to discuss the knowledge that she has acquired in many subjects such as botany, biology, and literature. Adults (including me!) are often shocked at how much she knows! And the best part is — she loves learning, and has developed the skills to be cooperative with other children, and problem-solve respectfully when conflicts arise. She never tires of learning, and is always excited about new challenges.

Throughout my daughter's lives, I know I will continue to be endlessly grateful for their wonderful Children's Place experiences.
